At
Castle Centerstone, we have
"energized" downtown Castle Rock by renovating old buildings and developing new ones with historical character and sensitive design.
No one single development will do the job, however, a mix of uses and a variety of users are necessary to achieve community. It requires an array of independently owned retail shops, a concentration of full-time residents, pedestrian areas to gather, sit and walk, and nighttime entertainment opportunities, in conjunction with daytime office tenants, to create a vibrant community.
