333 & 399 Perry Street – Office and Retail
In 2001, under Brad’s leadership, Castle Centerstone successfully developed and now operates 399 Perry St, a 75,000 NRSF Class A office and retail building on the corner of 4th and Perry. The property formerly occupied by the Castle Rock Police Department.
Centerstone Office and Retail Complex
Castle Centerstone developed Centerstone Office and Retail complex on Perry St., after first helping the Town trade parcels of land for their new Fire station. Designed as a southern European piazza with two building connected by a tower. Centerstone Office and Retail provides Class-A office and retail space only blocks away from the Town of Castle Rock and Douglas County offices.
It features retail on the ground level and office on the second floor. Currently it is the home to retailers like Crowfoot Valley Coffee, Dream Pastries and Copperfalls Aveda Spa and Salon. In 2009, renovation started on the upper floor of the spa in order to serve the increasing health conscience residents of Castle Rock and the surrounding area. In the rear of the building is Class Act Fitness, which provides a state-of-the-art facilities for personal training.
Shops on Third – Retail
Castle Centerstone has re-developed the former fire station into The Station, an upscale retail venue that provides diverse services for residents. Several diverse services call this retail building home, these include Integrative Medical, Forever Yours Photography and Castle Rock Martial Arts. The diversity of businesses actually creates sustainability in the town.
City Hotel
Preserving old buildings for future use, Castle Centerstone owns and manages the City Hotel, the town’s first and frontier hotel, which it plans to renovate into office space to answer the demands of smaller professional firms.
Castle Café/The Keystone Building
Brad was the principal in re-developing the Keystone building, one of the Town’s oldest and most historic buildings, setting the standard for quality renovations in Wilcox Square. In addition to seven apartments on the second level, it’s also home to Castle Cafe. Castle Cafe is among the top restaurants in Castle Rock, featuring pan-fried chicken (Kansas City style), and a menu of other proven recipes from Tom Walls – one of the most successful restaurant operators in the Denver Metro area. It seats about 55 people.
Next-Door Bar
Located next door to Castle Café. The Next Door Bar opened in January 2003. Offering downtown Castle Rock more nighttime entertainment options. The Next Door Bar (red doors) opened in April 2003, serves as a cheery place to socialize. Seating about 40 people it’s open for lunch, and also offers snacks during dinnertime for those who don’t wish to go next door for a full dinner.
221 Perry St.
221 Perry St is a property located on the southwest corner of 3rd and Perry Streets. It consists of two buildings; one a church, and the other a former parsonage. The Church building is home to Covenant Church.
376 Perry Third Street
Once Upon A Horse is next to the Church and is a specialty shop that offers English and Western consignments for horse and rider.
313 Third Street
Located between Wilcox and Perry Streets, the Mind Garden is a children’s educational store.

Brad was also instrumental in enabling Douglas County to acquire and convert the new County Library by assembling the property and organizing the affairs necessary for the project.
